Flipbook Turkey provides services to convert customers' PDF files into HTML5-based digital flipbook format. The service covers digital catalogs, e-magazines, brochures, and similar publication types.

2. Terms of Use

By using our website and services, you are deemed to have accepted the following conditions. You may use our services only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to decline projects containing copyright infringement, misleading content, or illegal material.

3. Intellectual Property

PDFs and content provided by customers belong to the customer. The technical infrastructure, design templates, and software components prepared by Flipbook Turkey are the property of Flipbook Turkey. The customer may freely use the prepared flipbook for their own commercial activities.

4. Payment and Refunds

The service fee is determined prior to project approval and collected in advance. No refunds are made after the project has been delivered. Requests regarding technical errors or disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flipbook Turkey does not accept legal liability arising from content provided by the customer. Flipbook Turkey cannot be held responsible for damages that may arise due to service interruptions or technical failures.

These terms of use may be updated without prior notice. The current terms are always published on this page.
